Terms and Conditions
We ask for a £15 deposit on all orders, which can be paid in cash or BACS. Orders over £50 will require a 50% deposit.
A receipt will be sent once the deposit has been recieved, along with any outstanding balance.
The deposit needs to be received within one week of the provisional booking. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
We are able to offer free delivery on orders within a 5 mile radius. For a delivery charge we are able to deliver orders within a 10 mile radius. Orders outside this radius will need to be collected.
As our cakes are personalised and made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once the cakes have been made.
Cancellations received 72 hours before the collection date will be charged at 50% of the agreed invoice cost.
Customers should be aware that as there are nuts present in our kitchen, there is a small chance that all products may contain traces of nuts.
As all our cakes are handmade, they may vary in shape and size.
Once a cake has been collected, The Sweet Pea Bakery will not be responsible for any damage caused or incurred during transit.
